Eric is a pastor and doctoral of ministry candidate in spiritual formation and has pastored churches for many years. He is married to Amy. They have three adult children and one grandchild. As one involved in spiritual formation his desire is to help answer your life’s big questions. He will help you experience spiritual transformation through practices such as silence, solitude, Sabbath, contemplative prayer, communal confession, and other Christian spiritual practices that move people from knowing about God to being deeply formed by God.

Brandon is our trained spiritual director who values compassion and hospitality. He is married with five children, a ministry leadership veteran, a family trauma survivor, and a self-professed recovering anxiety.

As a spiritual director his desire is to help you experience Jesus as a real person who is secure, loving, and present. He loves helping people discern God’s invitations, corrections, and challenges, and supporting them as they take the “leaps of faith” God may ask of them.

• 2002 BA in Philosophy from Hillsdale College

• 2020-present Co-founder and President of Signpost Inn

• 2005-2014 Principal and teacher of Providence Christian Classical junior and senior high.

• 1997-2019 Co-Executive Director and speaker at a national leadership camp ministry.
